1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing https://flight-three-delta.vercel.app (“the Service”), you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms shown to you. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.

2. Age requirement

The Service is intended for users aged 16 or older. By using it you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. What the Service does

AirAlarms searches publicly available flight prices, shows deals, and emails you when prices on your tracked routes drop. It does not sell tickets. Booking happens entirely on third-party booking websites, whose own terms apply to your purchase.

4. Price accuracy & availability

Prices shown are indicative, sourced from live data at the time of the search. Fares change frequently and availability is never guaranteed. Always confirm the final fare, taxes and baggage rules on the booking site before you buy. We are not responsible for fares that change or are no longer bookable.

5. Acceptable use

• You will not scrape, automate, or overload the Service beyond normal personal use.
• You will not create multiple accounts to abuse alerts or referral features.
• You will not post, transmit or solicit unlawful or harmful content.

6. Subscriptions & payments

The Service offers a free tier and paid subscriptions (Pro and Elite) billed monthly or annually. Payments, invoicing and tax collection are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd, acting as our Merchant of Record. The card statement will show a charge from Paddle. By subscribing you authorise recurring billing for the plan you selected until you cancel.

7. Cancellation & refunds

Cancel anytime — your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and it will not renew. If something isn't right, contact us within 14 days of a payment and we'll refund it in full, no questions asked. Full details: Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Affiliate disclosure

When you book through our links, we may earn a commission from the booking site at no extra cost to you. This is what keeps the Service free.

9. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or of the third-party booking sites we link to.

10. Termination

You may delete your alerts and stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend access where we detect abuse or a violation of these terms.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date and, where significant, notified by email.
